Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about online printing, custom print products, turnaround times, local pickup, shipping, and artwork preparation.

SnapPrint offers a wide range of custom printing services including business cards, booklets, brochures, postcards, presentation folders, labels, stickers, banners, signs, stationery, marketing materials, books, reports, and specialty print finishes. We support both everyday business printing and more specialized commercial print projects for customers across Ottawa and Canada.
Yes. Customers in Ottawa can place orders online through SnapPrint and choose local pickup when available. Local pickup is a convenient option for businesses, organizations, agencies, real estate professionals, schools, and customers who need printed materials without waiting for courier delivery.
Turnaround time depends on the product, quantity, finishing options, and whether print-ready artwork has been supplied. Many standard printing products are available with fast turnaround, while specialty finishes, books, signs, and larger custom projects may require additional production time. The turnaround shown on each product page is the best guide for planning your order.
Print-ready PDF files are generally the preferred format because they preserve page size, fonts, vector artwork, and layout more reliably. Depending on the product, JPG and PNG files may also be accepted. For best results, artwork should include the required bleed, use high-resolution images, and keep important text and logos inside the safe area. You can also use our Free Print Tools section to check resolution, bleed, brochure setup, and other common artwork requirements.
Yes. SnapPrint serves customers beyond Ottawa and can ship printed products to destinations across Canada. Shipping availability, delivery time, and cost depend on the destination, package size, product type, and selected delivery option.
