Mini Directional Signs (Real Estate Signs)

Directional Signs Standard (4mm) offer a great way to guide the prospects into the intended direction. We use durable, moisture-resistant Coroplast as well as high-quality printing ink for added protection against sun damage, dirt, and scratches.

We Recommend saving your files as PDF-X1 with embedded or outlined fonts for best results. You may also send your files in the following format: TIFF, PNG, JPEG at 300 DPI or higher.

If you send us an RGB file format, there is a big chance that a color shift may occur and you will not be satisfied with your order. You should always start and finish your design in CMYK color format.

Depending on it's use - material will have to be oriented appropriately to ensure the flutes are vertical, in the case of utilizing an H-stake with the sign. H-stake is best used on a soft ground environment (dirt/soil/grass, etc.)

Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Once production is completed it may take up to 1 business days for your order to ship or be available for pick-up. please refer to Turnaround Times Table for more information.

This product once printed, may show a linear effect due to its' corrugated flute structure. Ink is UV Cured (dried).

Bleed must extend pas the cut-line and will be trimmed during final trimming process. Keep all text at least 0.5" inside the cut-line. Do not add crops.
