PVC Open House Signs (Real Estate Signs)

Our PVC Sandwich Boards help you promote your open house. The tough, durable materials employed in building our signs allow you to reuse them over and over again. Our sandwich boards are built to sustain extreme weather conditions, making them an ideal choice for front lawns, yards, garages, and sidewalks.

Stock: 10mil PVC Boards or 12mil Crezon Board
Finishing: Gloss/Matte Lamination (Optional)
Total thickness: approx. 10mil or 12mil
Printing Sides: Single Sided (x2)

We Recommend saving your files as PDF-X1 with embedded or outlined fonts for best results. You may also send your files in the following format: TIFF, PNG, JPEG at 150 DPI or higher.

If you send us an RGB file format, there is a big chance that a color shift may occur and you will not be satisfied with your order. You should always start and finish your design in CMYK color format.

We ask that no bleed or crop marks be added. Ensure you have 0.5" bleed on all sides of your artwork. Create your file in the size ordered or proportional for the primary sign. The file can be minimum of 150 dpi at full scale.

Rich Black is an ink mixture of solid black, 100% Black, with additional CMY ink values. For a rich & intense black we recommend this black formula: C60, M40, Y40, K100.
