Wire-O Bound Books (Books & Catalogs)

For applications that require more structure and sturdier binding, Wire-O Coil Bound Books are an ideal solution. Formed from a wire that is shaped into double loops, this bindery option remains straight and does not become distorted over long bound edges. It can also lay flat and be opened a full 360 degrees, but with the added bonus that because of the way the wire is shaped, the cover is always easy to locate when the book is fully open. This makes this option perfect for notebooks, handbooks, and any publication that could benefit from the sleek, professional look of this binding.

We Recommend saving your files as PDF-X1 with embedded or outlined fonts for best results. Bleed must extend pas the cut-line and will be trimmed during final trimming process. Keep all text at least 0.125" inside the cut-line.

If you send us an RGB file format, there is a big chance that a color shift may occur and you will not be satisfied with your order. You should always start and finish your design in CMYK color format.

Long Edge Binding means the finished book is portrait, Short Edge binding means the finished book will be landscape. For our short run quantities 25 - 200, only Long Edge binding is available for saddle stitched booklets.

Unlike our regular Booklets, the page count specified in the product name does not include the cover. E.g. "8.5 x 11, 52-Pages" will require you to upload 48 inside pages + 4-page cover file.
