Terms at a glance

Straightforward terms for ordering custom printing.

Custom printing is manufactured specifically for each customer. These terms help establish expectations around orders, artwork, production, payment, shipping and product concerns.

Custom Production

Most products are manufactured specifically from your selected specifications and submitted artwork.

Order & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment approval and the production requirements applicable to the selected product.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may depend on production, destination, carrier performance and circumstances beyond our direct control.

Quality Concerns

Contact us promptly if an order arrives with a production defect, shortage or damage so our team can review the issue.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SnapPrint.ca and purchases made from iPrint Media Group through the website, by telephone, by email or through another approved ordering method.

References to “SnapPrint,” “iPrint Media Group,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to iPrint Media Group. References to “customer,” “buyer,” “you” or “your” refer to the individual, business or organization using our website or purchasing our products or services.

Please review these terms before placing an order. By using SnapPrint.ca or submitting an order, you agree to the terms that apply to your transaction.

01

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of SnapPrint.ca is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional guidelines, product requirements or policies displayed in connection with particular products or services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, uploading artwork or submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms.

Notices and other communications relating to your account, orders or use of the website may be provided electronically, including through the website or by email using the contact information associated with your account or order.

02

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by iPrint Media Group.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving pricing errors, unavailable materials, production limitations, suspected fraud, prohibited content or specifications that cannot reasonably be produced.

Submission of an order does not necessarily mean that production has started. Production begins after the applicable ordering, artwork, proofing and payment requirements have been satisfied.

03

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on SnapPrint.ca are based on the product specifications, quantity, materials, finishing and options selected at the time of ordering.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges, applicable taxes and optional product upgrades are additional.

If a payment method is declined or authorization cannot be obtained, the order may be placed on hold and will not proceed to production until satisfactory payment arrangements have been made.

Business accounts and overdue balances

Where credit terms have been expressly approved by iPrint Media Group, invoices are payable according to the agreed payment terms.

The existing SnapPrint terms provide for a finance charge of 2% per month on overdue balances. Where applicable and legally permitted, that charge may be applied to delinquent accounts. Future purchases may require advance payment when an account is overdue.

04

Artwork, Files & Customer Content

Customers are responsible for reviewing and supplying artwork suitable for the product being ordered unless design or file-preparation services have specifically been purchased.

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, illustrations, text or other content for reproduction, you represent that you have the necessary rights, licences, permissions and authorizations to reproduce that material.

You agree not to submit material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

Approval of a proof confirms your acceptance of the visible content, spelling, layout and applicable production details shown in that proof. Customers should review proofs carefully before approval.

05

Production & Turnaround

Production turnaround represents the anticipated time required to manufacture an order after all requirements for production have been satisfied.

Turnaround estimates generally begin after payment has been approved and print-ready artwork or an approved proof has been received.

Production estimates do not necessarily include weekends, statutory holidays, shipping time, customer approval delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Rush services are subject to production capacity and must be specifically confirmed by iPrint Media Group.

06

Returns, Defects & Order Claims

Because printed products are custom manufactured to each customer's specifications, they generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind after production.

If an order has a suspected manufacturing defect, shortage, damage or production error, please notify iPrint Media Group in writing within two business days after receiving the order, consistent with the terms currently published by SnapPrint.

We may request photographs, samples or return of the affected products so our production team can evaluate the claim.

Where we determine that an order was produced incorrectly by us, our available remedy may include replacement, reprinting or another appropriate resolution.

Claims may be declined where products have been altered, improperly handled, misused or substantially used before the concern was reported.

07

Cancellations & Refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

Because custom printing may enter production shortly after approval, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started.

Orders that have already been completed or shipped are generally not eligible for cancellation.

If work has already been performed or materials have been committed before a cancellation request is received, charges may apply for the completed portion of the work.

08

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Where shipping is requested, iPrint Media Group may arrange delivery with a third-party carrier on the customer's behalf.

Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly included in the order price.

Delivery dates provided through SnapPrint.ca are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, destination, service disruptions and other circumstances outside our direct control.

Customers should review delivery information carefully and provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Local pickup orders should be collected during the applicable pickup hours or according to other arrangements confirmed by our team.

09

Product Warranty

Custom printed products are produced based on the specifications, materials, artwork and finishing options selected for the order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our responsibility for a verified production defect is generally limited to an appropriate remedy such as replacement, reprinting or credit.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable legislation.

10

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, iPrint Media Group will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.

This may include lost profits, lost business opportunities, missed events or other economic losses resulting from production or delivery delays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork and content can lawfully be reproduced. You agree to be responsible for claims arising from material supplied by you that infringes the rights of another person or organization.

11

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

iPrint Media Group is not responsible for delays or failure to perform where performance is prevented or materially affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include significant equipment failure, utility or internet outages, supply disruptions, carrier interruptions, severe weather, fire, labour disruption, governmental action, emergencies or similar events.

12

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and transactions with iPrint Media Group are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any dispute relating to these terms or a transaction with iPrint Media Group will be addressed subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.

13

Changes to These Terms

iPrint Media Group may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our products, website, services, business practices or applicable requirements.

The current version will be published on SnapPrint.ca and the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of the page will be revised when changes are made.
